Now what?

Línjì Yìxuán taught, "If you meet the Buddha on the road, kill him."

This informative pamphlet takes it from there.

Against a background of dramatic stone formations and a pass between them, a hand holds a pamphlet: "So you've killed the Buddha / Now what?". Depicted on the cover below the title is a Bodhi tree with a glowing outline in the shape of the meditating Buddha.

Working backwards

The subject of today's Remake Monday was first posted on 30 January 2016.
That post also included the following text-only scene:

PATRON: Excuse me, librarian? Could you help me find some books?
LIBRARIAN: Of course. What are you looking for?
PATRON: Where do you keep the books that are right about things?
LIBRARIAN: I'm not sure I understand you.
PATRON: This stack of books, here? They're wrong about stuff. I just pulled them off the normal shelves. They all get it wrong. So what I want to know is, where are the books that aren't wrong?
LIBRARIAN: ...
PATRON: [leans in close over the counter and whispers] Look, I get it if you're not supposed to tell normal people. But I figured it out, right? I won't tell anyone. I swear. Just...please, let me into whatever back room has all the books that agree with me.

Season's greetings from the depths

Lobsterman isn't a Fishtian, but he understands the spirit in which the well-wishing is done.
